Clients and exhibitors have the freedom to carry in their own items.
The exhibit hall floor can hold up to 350 pounds per square foot.
With a total of 22 loading docks, Baird Center also boasts 4 drive-in ramps and 3 truck levelers.
30-foot floor grid with electrical, data communications and water — plus, air and gas every 60 feet.
Features 300,000 square feet of exhibit hall space and customizable LED lighting.
Integrated Sustainability
We champion sustainability in our communities. Some of Baird Center’s sustainable features include a solar roof, grey roof membrane, stormwater management system, bird-friendly fritted glass and state-of-the-art ORCA food digesters. The expansion has received LEED Gold certification. Backed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED is the most widely used and well respected green building rating system in the world. We’ve also earned GBAC-Star accreditation by implementing the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention.
