The Wisconsin Center District (WCD) routinely procures an extensive array of products and services from outside vendors and contractors to sustain its daily operations and support special projects and initiatives. Expenditures for major projects or initiatives are subject to a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation to Bid (ITB) process. WCD is committed to providing maximum opportunities for disadvantaged, small, minority and women-owned businesses for construction projects and other services in WCD facilities.
